Changes Counselling Therapy aims to provide you with short or long term therapeutic counselling in a warm, safe and welcoming environment. Using a number of techniques, my aim is to help you overcome any personal challenges or issues holding you back so that you can positively embrace your future.

 

Firstly for the initial exploratory session, I will discuss with you the issues in detail and provide an assessment and plan for your counselling sessions. Your wishes, aims and goals are central to the success of our time working together.
